It was my first time to do reformer pilates again after years of hiatus, (pregnancy, working full time and then looking after a toddler and then back to being pregnant) and 4ME Pilates did not disappoint. I have been to a few of pilates studios here in Melbourne and overseas and I must say, this studio is quite clean and spacious. I love the aesthetic of the place. Chloe was very welcoming on my first day and it removed the jitters a little bit. I love how they would send you a little message reminding you about your class. It felt personal. And Tara was my instructor earlier today. She was lovely and all her instructions were clear during the class. The staff overall are friendly. They make you feel you belong there (most especially if it’s your first time) irregardless of your advance level. I highly recommend! Would be buying more class packs with them. xx

I decided to give their introductory offer a tryout following attending two events - Pilates in a winery and at the a Melbourne Aquarium with a friend who is a member.I loved both of these events and the very inclusive vibe that was present.I need somewhere I can switch off, learn Pilates at a level suitable to my age and ability and have classes that I can attend to work around a very busy career and being a full time mum.My first lesson I was made to feel welcomed theis beautiful. Great sweat session! Super kind and friendly instructors!Had my first class today for Warm Mat Pilates! The instructor combined traditional Mat Pilates movements with HIIT-style intervals, which made the session very diverse and engaging. I loved that it wasn’t just about flexibility or core strength, it also focused on speed, power, and overall stamina. Not knowing what to expect, if I could follow the instructions during lessons etc. Caitlyn(hope I got the name correct ) was a fantastic teacher as she rectified my posture during my session. Also I had lovely ladies in the class to guide me and giving me heads up about the session. Highly recommended to any new comer to this Pilate group and about time I take my well being seriously. My first class was Stretch & Restore, it’s a great way to learn the different combinations on the reformer & gentle stretches. You can alter the moves to suit your own ability - no pressure. Brook is an excellent teacher, she gives easy to follow instructions & comes around to check that you’re ok. You’ve won me 4Me can’t wait for the next class

The instructor Anna in this case also adjusted an exercise when I was unable to do it because of back issues. Even in a full class, it still felt personalized.🔥 After the Class:Felt more flexible, focused, and energised. Although I have nothing to compare it to - my expectations were high and upon entering the studio, I was warmly welcomed and showed around the studio and had the reformer bed explained to me in detail. I also received a text this morning encouraging me to get excited for my session which was a welcomed, nice touch. The instructor for today's session was very clear, thorough and supportive. I’ve trialled a lot of reformer pilates in the area and 4Me has been the most consistent with their class exercises, I always leave feeling like I’ve had a good workout and enjoyed it at the same time.
