10 Classes in 3 Weeks
If it’s you’re first time trying Reformer Pilates, we suggest you start with our OPEN classes for the first 3-4 classes before moving into our INTERMEDIATE classes.
There will always be a friendly 4ME team member at our studio able to assist you with picking which class is best for you!
Click any of the book now buttons throughout our site to be directed to our bookings page. It is encouraged that all classes are booked before coming to the studio to ensure your spot is secure (our classes fill up very fast!). Drop-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
Some of our classes are suitable for those who are pregnant. Please read the class description on our website for more information on which classes you can attend that will keep you and bub safe.
Our introductory offer holders can attend up to two classes per day, while all other members can attend as many classes as they wish. Our goal is to get you feeling and moving better, so the more we see you in the studio, the better!
To ensure you gain the most from your session, we advise all members to arrive early for the class. We have a 5-minute grace period after the class commences within which you may join the class. Anyone who is later than 5-minutes to the class will be unable to join for their safety (you do not want to miss your warm-up and get injured) and to avoid disrupting other class members.
You can book your classes up to 21-days in advance of the current date. With new classes being made available each day, for 21-days from that date. Some classes fill faster than others; We advise all clients to book their classes ASAP to avoid disappointment.
Group Classes: You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled class start time. When you cancel your booking, your pass will be credited to your account. This cancellation limit allows us time to offer your spot to another client. Private and 1:1 Sessions: we require 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule these sessions. You can reschedule your sessions online or by calling the studio
If you miss a class that you’ve booked without cancelling before the cancellation deadline, we will, unfortunately, have to deduct one session from the pass of pass holders. For unlimited members, a $20 cancellation fee will be charged. The cancellation fees will be following our no-show and late cancellation policy which is signed upon purchasing the pass/membership.
Due to the high demand for our classes, occasionally people may miss out on a place in the preferred class/time. When this occurs, you can place yourself on the class waitlist through our booking site, or by calling our studio.
Anyone can attend our classes, however, those under 16-years-old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the entirety of the class.
