Build the foundations of a healthy life.
$14.75 / week for 4 weeks
Four weeks, $59 paid upfront.
A month of classes, up to four a week, with a coach who knows what you're working toward.
Starts at your first class, which needs to happen within 7 days of purchase. New clients only.
Our goal is to get you moving 2 to 4 times a week, matched to your experience and how ready you feel.
If you don't have those hours right now, that's completely fine. Our honest advice is to wait and start when you do.
Once you start, we check in weekly to help you get more from each session and move toward your health goals faster. We combine what we've learned over almost five years with what's actually going on in your life.
Pick the option that matches where you are now, and build from there.
Ideally suited to those who have done little to no exercise in the last six months and are looking to get back into regular exercise.
For those who have done a couple of hours of exercise per week in the last six months and are looking to change up how they work out, while still moving quite regularly.
For those who have been attending Pilates for the last six months or more and are looking to refine their skills and optimise their workouts.
You do not have to do everything now. Promising yourself too much in week one is the quickest way to stop by week three. Start with the goal you can keep, and build from there.
Will it fit your week?
Two, three or four classes a week only works if the times do. Check the live timetable below before you commit.
For those new to Pilates. Recommended for new clients.
We increase the intensity a touch. For those who have attended Pilates regularly for more than three months.
Advanced strength. Heavy equipment and few rest breaks. This is where you test your strength. Not for beginners.
Our tip: start at LVL 1 for your first class, even if you have done Pilates before.

Open in Google MapsYes. The one thing you need is the time. If you have at least two hours a week to dedicate to your fitness, we'll take care of the rest.
Somewhere between 2 and 4 hours a week, depending on how much you've been moving over the last six months. Your muscles need time, repetition and rest to adapt, so more is not automatically better.
You make better progress, you lower your risk of injury, and you build a habit you keep. Think of it as playing the long game.
Completely normal. You'll get our welcome and intro videos before you come in, and we'll walk you through the studio and the equipment 15 minutes before your first class.
Our team is on call if anything comes up. You're never expected to figure it out on your own.
We're open 7 days with up to 70 classes a week. Weekdays run 6am to 11am and 4pm to 9pm, and weekends run 7am to 12pm.

No. One class can't tell you whether Pilates is for you. A month of consistent classes can, and that's what this offer is for.
Yes. Every class is programmed and coached by a fully qualified instructor who is in the room with you, watching your form and adjusting as you go. Real people, every class.
No. Our class levels are there to meet you where you are. You start at Level 1 alongside other people at a similar stage, so there are none of those "I could never do that" moments.
Our classes are designed to improve your fitness, not to rehabilitate an injury. Please speak with your physio first, and if they're happy for you to join a class, we'd love to have you.
Four weeks of consistent classes, with our team alongside you the whole way.
