Must Read

The honest version, before you buy.

Our goal is to Get You Moving. That's it.

To make the most of your Foundation Series, there are three things you need to do:

  1. 1Be available to attend at least two classes per week.
  2. 2Be open to learning. You're new here, it's okay to not be perfect on the first go.
  3. 3Be willing to chat with our team about your movement goals, so we know how best to help you.

We combine what we've learned over almost five years with what you know works for you.

Your First Four Weeks

  1. Week 1

    Learn the reformer

Level 1 only. Every strap and spring explained.

  2. Week 2

    Find your rhythm

The moves start to feel familiar.

  3. Week 3

    It feels like yours

A class stops being an appointment and becomes a habit.

  4. Week 4

    Decide with evidence

You'll know how you feel. Then we chat about what's next.

Not For You If

  • You want a short-term fix. This is a long-term health partnership.
  • You have less than two hours a week right now.
  • You'd rather do it on your own. This works because we do it together.

Questions

I have not exercised in a long time. Can you help?

Yes. The one thing you need is the time. If you have at least two hours a week to dedicate to your fitness, we'll take care of the rest.

How often should I do Pilates as a beginner?

Somewhere between 2 and 4 hours a week, depending on how much you've been moving over the last six months. Your muscles need time, repetition and rest to adapt, so more is not automatically better.

You make better progress, you lower your risk of injury, and you build a habit you keep. Think of it as playing the long game.

Is it normal to not know what to do before your first class?

Completely normal. You'll get our welcome and intro videos before you come in, and we'll walk you through the studio and the equipment 15 minutes before your first class.

Our team is on call if anything comes up. You're never expected to figure it out on your own.

I have a busy schedule. Will there be class times for me?

We're open 7 days with up to 70 classes a week. Weekdays run 6am to 11am and 4pm to 9pm, and weekends run 7am to 12pm.

Have a look at the live timetable above.

Can I do a class for free?

No. One class can't tell you whether Pilates is for you. A month of consistent classes can, and that's what this offer is for.

Are your classes run by real instructors?

Yes. Every class is programmed and coached by a fully qualified instructor who is in the room with you, watching your form and adjusting as you go. Real people, every class.

Is Pilates only for really fit people?

No. Our class levels are there to meet you where you are. You start at Level 1 alongside other people at a similar stage, so there are none of those "I could never do that" moments.

I am injured. Can I attend?

Our classes are designed to improve your fitness, not to rehabilitate an injury. Please speak with your physio first, and if they're happy for you to join a class, we'd love to have you.
