LEVEL 1
RECOMMENDED FOR BEGINNERS
Intensity: Low-Moderate


Foundational movements; breaking down exercises to their core elements, allowing you safely build strength.

LEVEL 2
Intensity: Moderate
Build upon the movements you mastered in Level One, with the addition of a few hand-picked challenges.

LEVEL 3
Intensity: Moderate-High
A series of muscle toning moves, designed to leave you feeling strong (and perhaps with slight jelly-legs).

STRETCH AND RESTORE
The Intensity: Slow & Relaxed
Expertly crafted mobilising exercises that use the Reformer in a specialised way to unlock your joints.

YOGA

Unwind, slow down, and reconnect in this 60-minute, all-levels class designed to bring you back into balance.

A blend of Vinyasa and Hatha. Incorporating equal parts flow and balance, giving space to deepen into the asanas while maintaining a sense of rhythm and pace.
Classes will aim to awaken the senses, create heat into the body and build your awareness between the breath and self.

Expect to leave this class feeling strong, centred and recharged.

MAT PILATES

FOUNDATIONS
RECOMMENDED FOR BEGINNERS
Lighter equipment, fewer exercises and the classic Pilates burn. You'll be guided through a range of full-body exercises, assisting you in developing a strong mind-muscle connection. This connection ensures you can appropriately and effectively engage key muscle groups during your classes, enabling you to make the most of each movement!

POWER
Heavier weights and a deeper burn!
'Power' focuses on your strength, as we guide you through a range of sculpting exercises.

SWEAT
Dynamic, total-body classes designed to push your body to the limits. The class incorporates traditional Mat Pilates with HIIT-style exercises to help build strength, speed and endurance.
