If exercise hasn’t quite become a habit for you yet, you’re not alone. Many of our members come to us after trying different ways to move that never quite stuck.
At 4ME Pilates, we focus on helping people build consistency first. With the right structure and support, regular movement starts to feel achievable, motivating, and something you can feel proud of.
In their first month, our average new member attends around three classes per week, guided by clear class levels that meet them where they’re at and progress as their confidence and ability grow.
Our classes are designed to support you as you start, help you build momentum, and turn showing up into a routine you can sustain over time.

A More Sustainable Way to Stay Active, With 4ME.
At 4ME Pilates, we focus on helping people build a routine they can actually maintain.
Many of our members come to us after trying different forms of exercise that never quite stuck. Not because they didn’t care, but because the structure wasn’t right.
That’s why we prioritise consistency first. With clear class levels, supportive instructors, and a considered approach to movement, showing up regularly starts to feel achievable and rewarding.
Over time, this consistency builds confidence, strength, and a sense of pride in what your body can do. Not through extremes or pressure, but through movement that fits into real life.
For those who need extra support, we work closely with you through our on-site support team to help you move well and stay healthy over the long term.
At 4ME, the goal isn’t short-term motivation. It’s helping you feel capable, consistent, and confident in your movement for years to come.

Find Your Level
One of the biggest reasons people struggle to stick with exercise is not knowing where they belong. Classes feel too hard, too generic, or like they’re designed for people who are already fit.
That’s why class levels matter.
At 4ME Pilates, our levels are designed to help you start in the right place and keep progressing, so exercise feels achievable from day one and continues to challenge you as you get stronger.
Each level reflects the class’s intensity, but each is still a proper workout. Lower levels focus on building strength, control, and confidence, while higher levels increase the challenge as your ability improves.
This removes the pressure to “keep up” or push too hard too soon. Instead, you can focus on showing up regularly, moving well, and gradually improving your fitness.
When classes feel right for where you’re at, consistency becomes easier, progress feels motivating, and staying active becomes something you can actually maintain.
