YOGA

RESTORATIVE FLOW
WITH SOUND BATH MEDITATION

Unwind, slow down, and reconnect in this 60-minute, all-levels class designed to bring you back into balance.

You’ll begin with a gentle, flowing sequence to release the day and encourage movement through the body, before transitioning into deeply nourishing Yin poses held for several minutes to ease tension and restore.

The class finishes with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, accompanied by a soothing sound bath - helping to calm the nervous system and invite complete rest.

Expect to leave feeling lighter, grounded and fully restored - body and mind.




STRONG FLOW

Looking for something a little more dynamic?

Our 45-minute Strong Flow is a powerful, energising class held in our warmed mat space.

This practice blends strength with control, guiding you through intentional, flowing sequences designed to build heat, tone the body, and sharpen focus.

You’ll experience moments of intensity balanced with slower phases to reset, refine your movement, and reconnect with your breath.

Expect to leave this class feeling strong, centred and recharged.

MAT PILATES

FOUNDATIONS
RECOMMENDED FOR BEGINNERS
Lighter equipment, fewer exercises and the classic Pilates burn. You'll be guided through a range of full-body exercises, assisting you in developing a strong mind-muscle connection. This connection ensures you can appropriately and effectively engage key muscle groups during your classes, enabling you to make the most of each movement!

POWER
Heavier weights and a deeper burn!
'Power' focuses on your strength, as we guide you through a range of sculpting exercises.

SWEAT
Dynamic, total-body classes designed to push your body to the limits. The class incorporates traditional Mat Pilates with HIIT-style exercises to help build strength, speed and endurance.
