My first class with 4me was so great! I have been doing reformer on and off all year at a different location, but decided to start at the basics with level one due to hip soreness. This was by far the most enjoyable reformer Pilates class I have done in a long time that allowed me to flow through the movements. I’ve never done pilates before and was a bit bewildered and nervous but I just had my first class and absolutely loved it! I took a class with Gemma and she took me through the machine and how it works before the class which was great. She was so kind and encouraging, and made sure I was doing the moves right so I didn’t injure myself. I’ll definitely be back for more classes!

I had my first class at 4ME in Heidelberg today and I was really impressed! The studio was great, equipment was high quality. My instructor Divina was so lovely. She gave me a quick tour before heading in to start the class. It was a great workout and Divina was really thoughtful in explaining all the exercises and making sure I understood what we were doing and corrected anything I needed help with. All in all a great first experience and I can’t wait for my next class!

As a total newbie to Pilates (but a regular gym-goer) I was apprehensive, but my experience was terrific! A lovely welcome from the team, a walk around orientation then we began. The instructor explained everything so clearly and helped me navigate the reformer and other equipment. She also kept checking on me throughout the session to make sure I was ok. The time flew past, and I felt like I had worked really hard. I'll definitely be going again!

Not knowing what to expect, if I could follow the instructions during lessons etc. Caitlyn(hope I got the name correct ) was a fantastic teacher as she rectified my posture during my session. Also I had lovely ladies in the class to guide me and giving me heads up about the session. Highly recommended to any new comer to this Pilate group and about time I take my well being seriously. During the class, just as I thought I couldn't continue, we moved on to the next exercise - which was a blessed relief! I expect to be a bit achy tomorrow but I'm looking forward to getting stronger as I continue onwards. The facility is clean and beautifully presented. Good parking and nice clean and large bathrooms. Am more than halfway through the welcome pack. Lovely studio, clean and well maintained. Good variety of classes- level 1 to 3 and no class has been the same despite attending about 3x a week. The welcome pack is very generous- gives you a whole month and 12 classes to try the studio out. They also have a good variety of memberships including a tailored membership for those who only can/want to attend 2 classes a week (rather than standard weekly pass for $$$) which is more practical and economical for those with other priorities or families. Has classes 7 days a week which is great.

I have been to a few of pilates studios here in Melbourne and overseas and I must say, this studio is quite clean and spacious. I love the aesthetic of the place. Chloe was very welcoming on my first day and it removed the jitters a little bit. I love how they would send you a little message reminding you about your class. It felt personal. And Tara was my instructor earlier today. She was lovely and all her instructions were clear during the class. The staff overall are friendly. They make you feel you belong there (most especially if it’s your first time) irregardless of your advance level. I highly recommend! Would be buying more class packs with them. xx

Great sweat session! Super kind and friendly instructors!Had my first class today for Warm Mat Pilates! The instructor combined traditional Mat Pilates movements with HIIT-style intervals, which made the session very diverse and engaging. I loved that it wasn’t just about flexibility or core strength, it also focused on speed, power, and overall stamina. The transitions between exercises were smooth but definitely demanding!Cant wait for more!!!

It feels like luxury when you first walk in. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly for my first class. My posture was corrected where needed throughout the class so I felt very supported.
