All of the trainers are really lovely, knowledgeable and will assist you with exercises and your form. Was fortunate enough to have gotten the Black Friday deal and am so glad I did. Each session goes for 45 mins and every instructor I've encountered has been amazing, attentive when needed and helpful. I love that they have a variety of classes and levels to choose from. Each class has a maximum of 14 people which is a good size. Not too intimate and not too crowded. Equipment is also very clean and sturdy. Highly recommend!
