I decided to give their introductory offer a tryout following attending two events - Pilates in a winery and at the a Melbourne Aquarium with a friend who is a member.I loved both of these events and the very inclusive vibe that was present.I need somewhere I can switch off, learn Pilates at a level suitable to my age and ability and have classes that I can attend to work around a very busy career and being a full time mum.My first lesson I was made to feel welcomed the studio is beautiful. I honestly didn't think I would be participating in ANY form of yoga, but I cannot live without the HOT MAT yoga AND pilates with Isolde. She is a fantastic teacher, so welcoming and pushes us to our best, she always has something different to learn and experience each class and shes so funny! I am an absolute fan and my beautiful man has also joined in on yoga classes with me. The benefits are amazing, not only is it the ultimate sweat and stretch, were more flexible and best part is our lower back pain and muscle aches are minimal and almost gone!
