I was fearful it would be too fast, too loud, I'd be too old for that (53yo), however I felt amazing throughout the class. The instructor Mel was an excellent support. The reformer studio is very well set up, from the decor, to the lighting, the music, 10/10! I can't wait to try all of my intro package classes in the next 3 weeks. See ya!

Professional and no muck around type vibe which I like. It’s all about getting down to business and getting the most out of the class time. I had started my Pilates journey with chronic lower back and shoulder pain and after just 5 classes my pain is manageable. I honestly didn't think I would be participating in ANY form of yoga, but I cannot live without the HOT MAT yoga AND pilates with Isolde. She is a fantastic teacher, so welcoming and pushes us to our best, she always has something different to learn and experience each class and shes so funny! I am an absolute fan and my beautiful man has also joined in on yoga classes with me. The benefits are amazing, not only is it the ultimate sweat and stretch, were more flexible and best part is our lower back pain and muscle aches are minimal and almost gone! I attended my first pilates class today, i was a feeling a bit nervous at first, but once i got there the instructor explained to me how the pilates table worked. I found the class to be very good and the instructor explained every exercise as we were going along. I decided to take up pilates as i think it may help with my anxiety and just getting out and meeting new people will also be a bonus. The staff were very friendly as well and helpful. Definitely recommend 4me pilates.

Exactly what I have been looking for - hot yoga is very popular where I'm from in Canada but there are only a handful of locations in Melbourne, nevermind the distance. It's so great to have a place like this in Sunbury. The space is new, modern, clean, and I love the ambience- dark room with red lights, good tunes, excellent instructors. Love the hot Pilates as well. The payment schedule for class packs makes it really easy to budget your workout routine. I hope this place sticks around!

I decided to give their introductory offer a tryout following attending two events - Pilates in a winery and at the a Melbourne Aquarium with a friend who is a member.I loved both of these events and the very inclusive vibe that was present.I need somewhere I can switch off, learn Pilates at a level suitable to my age and ability and have classes that I can attend to work around a very busy career and being a full time mum.My first lesson I was made to feel welcomed the studio is beautiful. There are classes suitable for all levels and ages and even if you do the same class every week, every session is different and interesting. I just attended my first class with Emma. Having never done pilates before I wasn't sure what to expect. I have done a fair bit of yoga and I've always been curious how it compared. It was a fun class, good clear instructions and challenging. The facilitates are great with a really nice atmosphere.

I've recently started attending this studio and have already recommended it to friends! The space is beautiful and welcoming, with top quality equipment. The classes are well run, lovely instructors who are attentive and help make the class accessible to all fitness levels. I am particularly loving the Stretch and Restore classes right now 😊 I also find the booking app super easy to use and lots of options for class packs / subscriptions makes it easy to fit into my schedule. So happy to have discovered 4me!

First timer at Pilates Reformer and was worried it would be too hard for me as I am 65 years old. To my surprise I did the whole workout and sweated like i havent sweated in years and thoroughly enjoyed it. It certainly can be for the young but also the young at heart.

Good range of classes and times. Love strength classes and open reformer.Glute and core with Emma is super challenging but she plays lots of good music (mainly one direction) so its worth it.Everything with Lisa is great, I love how she explains in detail about which muscles we are targeting and why.One thing I love most about these classes is that they are really flexible and welcoming for different skill and strength levels, the instructors are very understanding if you need help to alter an exercise.

Katie's classes are truly special. It feels like receiving therapy and being healed. It's a wonderful class with a unique approach that I've never experienced in other centres. Katie always corrects my posture well and explains things clearly, for which I'm truly grateful. If we repeat the same movements every day, the brain remembers it as a routine, so to achieve better exercise effects, it's important to try different movements each time. I'm really satisfied and thankful for this class.🩷👍🏻

All instructors are attentive to any injuries or chronic issues and will check on you during the class.3. Every single class is different. Have been going for 3 months and not once has a class been repeated. Keeps you on your toes.4. There are classes at all times of the day so no matter if retired, shift worker WFH or 9-5, there are slots that suit everyone.5. It's open every day, Monday to Sunday so they cater for everyone6. The studio and equipment are clean and fresh.7. It's a friendly welcoming environment for all ages, all sexes.Been attending for 3 months. 4Me Pilates made the journey simple and easy. Started with the introductory 10 pack, then bought a 30 pack and now have a monthly subscription.Cannot recommend this place enough.

The studio is always super clean and there is a great variety in classes to tend to your specific needs. Great overall Pilates experience, would recommend to all!
