Each session goes for 45 mins and every instructor I've encountered has been amazing, attentive when needed and helpful. I love that they have a variety of classes and levels to choose from. Each class has a maximum of 14 people which is a good size. Not too intimate and not too crowded. Equipment is also very clean and sturdy. Highly recommend!
