Health and community are the pillars that 4ME was founded upon. Your health is made up of more than just the movements you make with your body, or the food you eat. It is an all-encompassing concept that is composed of a variety of components.

With 4ME, we wanted to combine the physical aspects of health with the mental, through building a strong and supportive community. At 4ME, you will enjoy a space that not only allows you to exercise but also facilitates you in forming a community with other members.

We strive to help build strong relationships through encouraging interactions between members outside of group classes. Once the class is over, it doesn’t mean the relationship has to end. At 4ME you will be able to enjoy your time with your peers and develop lasting relationships that extend beyond our four walls.

At 4ME, you are not simply a client number; you are a member of our community. We cannot wait to welcome you to our centre, and our community!
