Each session goes for 45 mins and every instructor I've encountered has been amazing, attentive when needed and helpful. I love that they have a variety of classes and levels to choose from. She is a fantastic teacher, so welcoming and pushes us to our best, she always has something different to learn and experience each class and shes so funny! The classes are well run, lovely instructors who are attentive and help make the class accessible to all fitness levels. I am particularly loving the Stretch and Restore classes right now 😊 I also find the booking app super easy to use and lots of options for class packs / subscriptions makes it easy to fit into my schedule.
