As a total newbie to Pilates (but a regular gym-goer) I was apprehensive, but my experience was terrific! A lovely welcome from the team, a walk around orientation then we began. The instructor explained everything so clearly and helped me navigate the reformer and other equipment. She also kept checking on me throughout the session to make sure I was ok. The time flew past, and I felt like I had worked really hard. I'll definitely be going again!

I had such a great experience in my first Pilates reformer class! The space was very inviting and the instructor took the time to walk me through the basic terms and how to use the machine, which made me feel comfortable right away. The class was fun and offered different levels for each exercise so you could choose what felt right for you. I’m already looking forward to my next session!

It was my 1st class to the Level 1 Pilates and was anxious when I arrived at the class. Not knowing what to expect, if I could follow the instructions during lessons etc. Caitlyn(hope I got the name correct ) was a fantastic teacher as she rectified my posture during my session. Also I had lovely ladies in the class to guide me and giving me heads up about the session. Highly recommended to any new comer to this Pilate group and about time I take my well being seriously. Glad I pushed myself to a new start and enrolled with 4ME Pilates after half a year of tossing on the idea. Thank you.

Am more than halfway through the welcome pack. Lovely studio, clean and well maintained. Good variety of classes- level 1 to 3 and no class has been the same despite attending about 3x a week. The welcome pack is very generous- gives you a whole month and 12 classes to try the studio out. They also have a good variety of memberships including a tailored membership for those who only can/want to attend 2 classes a week (rather than standard weekly pass for $$$) which is more practical and economical for those with other priorities or families. Has classes 7 days a week which is great.

It was my first time to do reformer pilates again after years of hiatus, (pregnancy, working full time and then looking after a toddler and then back to being pregnant) and 4ME Pilates did not disappoint. I have been to a few of pilates studios here in Melbourne and overseas and I must say, this studio is quite clean and spacious. I love the aesthetic of the place. Chloe was very welcoming on my first day and it removed the jitters a little bit. I love how they would send you a little message reminding you about your class. It felt personal. And Tara was my instructor earlier today. She was lovely and all her instructions were clear during the class. The staff overall are friendly. They make you feel you belong there (most especially if it’s your first time) irregardless of your advance level. I highly recommend! Would be buying more class packs with them. xx

I decided to give their introductory offer a tryout following attending two events - Pilates in a winery and at the a Melbourne Aquarium with a friend who is a member.I loved both of these events and the very inclusive vibe that was present.I need somewhere I can switch off, learn Pilates at a level suitable to my age and ability and have classes that I can attend to work around a very busy career and being a full time mum.My first lesson I was made to feel welcomed theis beautiful. Amy C knew I was brand new and showed me how to work the machines and checked in on me throughout the lesson.Communication with studio / owner excellent.Bookings are very easy to manage.Friendly and calm environment.Affordable memberships.No matter ages, shape, size, gender / everone is made to feel welcome and cheered on!Highly recommend.Update: 10 october 2025… stillLoving it !!!
