Your Slow Flow yoga is a mixture of mindful movements and meditative breath work, focusing on the connection of mind and body.

While moving at a slower pace, holding each movement for a few rounds of breath before moving to the next will help with body awareness, control and balance.

Warm slow flow is practised in a heated room at 32 degrees, in this temperature you'll find yourself easing into different yoga asanas and noticing the increase of flexibility and mobility throughout the body. This class is suitable for all levels.
