I decided to give their introductory offer a tryout following attending two events - Pilates in a winery and at the a Melbourne Aquarium with a friend who is a member.I loved both of these events and the very inclusive vibe that was present.I need somewhere I can switch off, learn Pilates at a level suitable to my age and ability and have classes that I can attend to work around a very busy career and being a full time mum.My first lesson I was made to feel welcomed the studio is beautiful. Amy C knew I was brand new and showed me how to work the machines and checked in on me throughout the lesson.Communication with studio / owner excellent.Bookings are very easy to manage.Friendly and calm environment.Affordable memberships.Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this Pilates studio and highly recommend it! I started off with the Black Friday special they had. I loved my experience and signed up for a membership. All of the trainers are really lovely, knowledgeable and will assist you with exercises and your form. There is not one once of a snobby vibe here, it is always positive, supportive and encouraging.The studio is clean, always smells nice and looks really nice. There are lots of different class times, especially for a weekend and the classes are well priced. I just wish this studio had the hot room like some of the others.Thank you team, you’re all amazing! :)

I love 4me heidelberg. This is the first time I am doing pilates. All the instructors are so welcoming and really good at what they do. The package offer I had was too good to be true when I first saw it but it is actually more than I expected. The facility was so clean and good atmosphere. Highly recommend. Few days of sessions and I can already feel the difference.

I really enjoy the structure of the class and the way the instructors break up the exercises with breif stretches relevant to the area you've just worked. I also like the fact there is no pressure to push yourself and you can take an exercise at your own pace. Good atmosphere, good instructors and good use of props to encourage deeper movements.

Was fortunate enough to have gotten the Black Friday deal and am so glad I did. Each session goes for 45 mins and every instructor I've encountered has been amazing, attentive when needed and helpful. I love that they have a variety of classes and levels to choose from. Each class has a maximum of 14 people which is a good size. Not too intimate and not too crowded. Equipment is also very clean and sturdy. Highly recommend!

I have not been to the gym or done Pilates in over a decade and all the staff have been very helpful and made me feel comfortable and at home.The facilities are clean and well equipped.
