Clinical Pilates is a form of exercise commonly used to assist clients in their rehabilitation following an injury or surgery. Clinical Pilates classes are run by a University training Physiotherapist who will formulate a program that is specific to your rehabilitation needs and ensures optimal recovery from your injury is achieved.
Clinical Pilates is an excellent stepping stone into our standard 4ME Pilates classes for those who are suffering from an injury or illness that has impacted their strength and/or mobility!
Before you begin your Clinical Pilates sessions, you will have an in-depth assessment with your treating practitioner, who will look at your past medical history and current functional capacity.
During the assessment, the Physiotherapist will work with you to create a program that suits your level, needs and abilities.
