Good news, we have complied a list of all the classes suitable to your needs at 4ME Keilor Downs. As a Pilates-newcomer (or someone returning after a short break), we have two class types we recommend for your first class:
Open Level One
With minimal equipment used, this mild-intensity class focuses on the essential elements of building strength with Reformer Pilates, through guided movement and scheduled breaks between some movements.
Open Level TWO
This class builds on the essential elements of Pilates introduced in Level One, through the use of additional equipment and fewer breaks. This class is aimed at those who have completed at least 2-3 reformer Pilates classes.
Stretch and Restore
A slower-paced, mobility focused class that opens your joints, lengthens your muscles and helps your body to feel rejuvenated and revitalised.
