Your Glute + Core class will consist strictly of exercises that optimally engage the three major muscles of your backside, from multiple angles coupled with a repertoire of core burning sequences. This class is perfect for those with at least 15-classes of experience.
If you’re looking for a Pilates class that gets your heart pumping and burns some extra calories, then Jump Reformer classes are perfect for you! The jumpboard is a padded plate that replaces the foot bar at the bottom of the reformer and provides an excellent and low-impact workout.
Your Jump Reformer workout is safe and much easier on your joints than running, with no jarring on your knees and hips.Your instructor may also utilise equipment such as ankle weights, dumbbells and Pilates burn to give you that extra muscle toning burn you’ve been looking for!
Open Pilates classes are open to anybody, from total beginners to Pilates-pros! Your instructor will take you through a dynamic, full body workout that will strengthen and lengthen your muscles. Progressions and regressions are given for every exercise,
so that no matter your experience level, you can participate in the entire class and get the maximum possible benefit.

These classes are dynamic, total-body classes designed to push your body to the limits in a 38-degree, infrared-heated room. The session incorporates traditional Mat Pilates with HIIT-style exercises to help build strength, speed and endurance. If you are looking for a fast, efficient and impactful workout, then this is the perfect class for you! Please note you will be required to bring your own Pilates mat to this class.
4ME speciality, Stretch and Restore is a slower-paced, mobility focused class that opens your joints, lengthens your muscles and helps your body to feel rejuvenated and revitalised. Expect slow, ambient music coupled with relieving and relaxing manoeuvres that have been specifically coupled with the intention to leave you feeling as the name suggests, stretched and restored! Progressions and regressions are given for most exercises, so that no matter your experience level, you can participate in the entire class and get the maximum possible benefit.
Your Strength Reformer classes will optimise your muscular engagement. Through the use of dumbbells and Pilates rings, your instructor will effectively target key areas, including your arms, glutes and core.
