Attended my first ever pilates class at the keilor location. The instructor (Jessica) took the time to show me how to use the equipment before the class. She also made sure form and technique was correct during class. It was a really nice welcoming environment for what can be an intimidating experience for first timers

I did my first class today and it was amazing. Angel is lovely, she helped me with my posture throughout the class. You can feel the body stretched and tired after it but it’s gonna get bad till it gets good. Would and already recommended my friends and family to try out 4ME.

Attended my very first Level 1 (reformer) class today absolutely loved it!! My legs and arms feel like jelly but I already can't wait for the next class. The instructor Angela was so nice throughout and assured me that I was doing great and also helped with my position and posture when needed. The class was slow paced and great for beginners. Loved it and highly recommend for anyway that is willing to give it a go!

The stretch and restore class was a great way to get back into Pilates after a long time. The instructions did not feel rushed and alternatives were provided for all levels. Really enjoyed the class and felt better good after.

I have been with 4me in Eltham on and off for a year now. The classes are wonderful and the instructors genuinely passionate about Pilates. There are classes suitable for all levels and ages and even if you do the same class every week, every session is different and interesting. Shout out to Lisa as the most wonderful caring instructor closely followed by Timeah and Jacqui. All the instructors in any class are very knowledgeable.

I attended my first reformer pilates class at Sunbury 4ME. It was an introduction class and the class whilst challenging to many muscles I haven't used for a while overall was easy to follow along.I arrived early and the trainer showed me around the gym and particularly how to use the machine. She was patient and informative with me.During the class she was attentive to everyone and would assist me in correcting my posture and how to do the exercises.Overall the class was enjoyable and informative. The trainer answered all my questions and was so friendly after the class. I'm looking forward to my next booking.

I have been doing this now for 3 weeks and x3 sessions a week and loving it!All the girls I have met have been so welcoming and actually support you and watch to make sure your doing each move correctly.Done pilates before with other companies and didn't like (to fast) but with 4Me it's been totally different experience perfect pase lots of options, classes for everyone and every level.Would highly recommend!!!!

I've recently started attending this studio and have already recommended it to friends! The space is beautiful and welcoming, with top quality equipment. The classes are well run, lovely instructors who are attentive and help make the class accessible to all fitness levels. I am particularly loving the Stretch and Restore classes right now 😊 I also find the booking app super easy to use and lots of options for class packs / subscriptions makes it easy to fit into my schedule. So happy to have discovered 4me!

First timer at Pilates Reformer and was worried it would be too hard for me as I am 65 years old. To my surprise I did the whole workout and sweated like i havent sweated in years and thoroughly enjoyed it. It certainly can be for the young but also the young at heart.

Love strength classes and open reformer.Glute and core with Emma is super challenging but she plays lots of good music (mainly one direction) so its worth it.Everything with Lisa is great, I love how she explains in detail about which muscles we are targeting and why.One thing I love most about these classes is that they are really flexible and welcoming for different skill and strength levels, the instructors are very understanding if you need help to alter an exercise.

Katie's classes are truly special. It feels like receiving therapy and being healed. It's a wonderful class with a unique approach that I've never experienced in other centres. Katie always corrects my posture well and explains things clearly, for which I'm truly grateful. If we repeat the same movements every day, the brain remembers it as a routine, so to achieve better exercise effects, it's important to try different movements each time. I'm really satisfied and thankful for this class.🩷👍🏻

I went to my first pilates class (September 2023 - stretch and restore). I bought the 10 classes for $59.95 over three weeks which I thought was a pretty good deal! I absolutely my first session! It was beginner friendly, with the instructor giving corrections when needed and making me feel relaxed and rejuvenated. The music was really great too throughout the session. Inside the studio was also amazing! It felt like I was in a safe space with the greenery and the lighting surrounding the space. Overall, I give this place a 10/10 and I will be continuing my membership and classes here. So beneficial ❤️
