This is not a set-and-forget "intro offer". This is a Welcome Experience.
In your first two weeks, you will work closely with your Welcome Consultant to get the guidance you need to make the most from every Pilates class.
You can expect check-in calls, personalised class recommendations, and someone who is willing to tap you on the shoulder and let you know if you're able to push yourself a little bit further.

LEVEL 1
RECOMMENDED FOR BEGINNERS
Intensity: Low-Moderate
Foundational movements; breaking down exercises to their core elements, allowing you safely build strength.
LEVEL 2
Intensity: Moderate
Build upon the movements you mastered in Level One, with the addition of a few hand-picked challenges.
LEVEL 3
Intensity: Moderate-High
A series of muscle toning moves, designed to leave you feeling strong (and perhaps with slight jelly-legs).
STRETCH AND RESTORE
The Intensity: Slow & Relaxed
Expertly crafted mobilising exercises that use the Reformer in a specialised way to unlock your joints.
FOUNDATIONS
RECOMMENDED FOR BEGINNERS
Lighter equipment, fewer exercises and the classic Pilates burn.
You'll be guided through a range of full-body exercises, assisting you in developing a strong mind-muscle connection. This connection ensures you can appropriately and effectively engage key muscle groups during your classes, enabling you to make the most of each movement!
POWER
Heavier weights and a deeper burn!
'Power' focuses on your strength, as we guide you through a range of sculpting exercises.
SWEAT
Dynamic, total-body classes designed to push your body to the limits.
The class incorporates traditional Mat Pilates with HIIT-style exercises to help build strength, speed and endurance.
