If I buy today, does my membership start today?

No, it does not. Your membership can be set to start at any time within six weeks of purchase. Once you claim your membership, please email us your preferred start date, and we will organise it for you.

Can I share my class pack with family or friends?

50 packs and 100 packs can be shared with one other family member or friend.

Do I have to buy the membership today, or can I pay later?

To secure your EOFY sale pricing, we must pop through payment today. However, we can delay the start date to anytime within the next six weeks.

What is the class cancellation Policy?

We understand that, at times, things can happen. We allow all clients to adjust their bookings up to 6 hours before class. Failure to notify prior to this time, or class absences, may result in the loss of credits and an accountability fee (up to $10) being applied.
